What Low Water Pressure Work Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Arkansas Plumbing Pros evaluates reported low water pressure and, with your approval, performs agreed plumbing repairs related to that problem. Work may include checking accessible fixtures, valves, pressure regulators, and piping to help identify the cause. The written estimate or work order defines the specific tasks; diagnosis does not automatically include every repair that may be needed.
Work outside the approved scope such as concealed-pipe replacement, excavation, fixture upgrades, or unrelated plumbing is handled only under a separate agreement. We will follow applicable Arkansas Plumbing Code provisions and verify the locally adopted edition and permit requirements.
Arkansas plumbing contractor licensing requirements apply to regulated work. Little Rock projects may require permits through the City of Little Rock; customers can confirm requirements with the relevant authority.
Before excavation, Arkansas One Call utility marking is required. Lead-related work is subject to applicable EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting requirements and Arkansas Department of Health rules.
Booking Visits and Changing Plans
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method offered by Arkansas Plumbing Pros. We confirm the visit window and any access details available at booking.
Please provide accurate contact information, describe the pressure problem, and make sure an adult can provide access to the affected areas. Timing may change because of earlier jobs, travel, weather, or urgent service needs; we will share updates when practical.
If you need to cancel or move a visit, contact us as soon as possible using the details below. Any cancellation charge, if applicable, will be disclosed before it is incurred; no specific fee is created by this section.
A technician will discuss additional work if inspection shows that the agreed task needs to change. We will explain the proposed work and any revised cost, then seek your approval before proceeding. You may decline added work, though that may limit what can be completed during the visit.
Written Quotes and Charges
Before repair work begins, Arkansas Plumbing Pros will explain the proposed scope and provide an estimate or other pricing information for the work being considered. An estimate is based on the conditions visible or reported at the time; hidden damage, inaccessible piping, or other newly discovered conditions may affect the final scope and cost. We will discuss those changes with you and obtain approval before performing added work.
Payment is due as stated in the estimate, work order, or invoice. Any accepted payment methods and applicable taxes or disclosed charges will be shown in those documents.
Do not assume that work outside the written scope is included. If you have a question about a charge, raise it promptly so we can review the estimate, approvals, and completed work together.
No particular price, financing plan, or payment schedule is promised by these terms unless it is separately stated in writing and accepted by both parties.
Workmanship Coverage and Limits
Any workmanship warranty offered by Arkansas Plumbing Pros will be stated in writing on the applicable estimate, invoice, or separate warranty document. That document controls the covered work, duration, remedy, and steps for requesting service.
These general terms do not create a warranty period or promise coverage where no written warranty has been provided. Manufacturer warranties for parts are separate and may be governed by the manufacturer’s conditions.
Coverage may not apply to problems caused by pre-existing defects, normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, changes made by others, or conditions outside the specific repair performed. If the same issue returns, contact us with the job details and allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect the work before another contractor alters it, when safe and practical.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Ask for the written warranty terms before approving work if coverage duration or exclusions are important to your decision.
Responsibility for Job-Related Losses
To the extent allowed by law, Arkansas Plumbing Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be disclaimed. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed conditions, or damage unrelated to our work, but this does not excuse responsibility for damage caused by our negligence or other legally actionable conduct.
Work is performed subject to applicable codes and permit rules. The Arkansas Plumbing Code edition adopted for the project should be verified with local officials.
International Plumbing Code section 604.8 addresses pressure limits, including an 80 psi maximum; applicable local requirements govern. Little Rock permit questions may be directed to the City of Little Rock Public Works Department.
Arkansas One Call marking must precede covered excavation. EPA lead renovation rules apply when the work and property fall within their scope. These references do not replace project-specific legal or code review.
Questions, Notices, and Term Updates
For questions about these terms or an agreed repair, contact Arkansas Plumbing Pros at (877) 773-0781 or info@arkansaslowwaterpressure.top. Mail may be sent to One Union National Plaza, 124 West Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, AR.

These terms apply to services unless a later written agreement changes them. We may revise the terms by publishing an updated version and noting its effective date.
For an existing job, changes apply only as permitted by law and any signed agreement; we will communicate material changes through the contact method on file or in the updated service paperwork. Continued use of a website, if applicable, does not replace approval required for a service or scope change. Keep a copy of the terms and work documents associated with your appointment.
